QUENCH — Privacy Policy

In one sentence

QUENCH collects no personal data, transmits none, and uses no analytics.

What the game stores

On your device only, and only for you:

• the level you have reached and the stars you have earned;
• your best time per level and your best distance in endless mode;
• your daily challenge result and the date you played it;
• your settings: volume, vibration, graphics quality, reduced motion, colour-blind mode;
• whether you have purchased "QUENCH complet";
• the drops you have made from a photo — the cropped image only, never the source photo.

None of this ever leaves the device. It is tied to no identifier, no account, no address. Uninstalling the game erases it permanently.

What the game does not do

• No account, no sign-up, no email address requested.
• No analytics, no telemetry, no advertising trackers.
• No access to contacts, location or microphone.
• No access to the camera or your photos unless you ask for it: only the "Le portrait dans la goutte" button opens them. The picture is then cropped on the device, and the cropped drop is what gets stored — not the photo, which is written nowhere, neither in the game nor in your phone's photo library. Nothing is sent to anyone, and the cross on a drop erases it.
• Live face opens the front camera while you play, and only after you tap that button. The image never leaves the page: it is turned into a blue drop on the fly, nothing is recorded — no photo, no video, neither in the game nor on your phone — and nothing is sent anywhere. The camera closes as soon as the game goes to the background, and as soon as you stop the live face.
• The microphone is opened only if you turn on "Voix dans les vidéos partagées" in the settings, and only for the sharing video: the game sound and your voice are mixed while the clip is recorded. Nothing is kept after the game, and nothing is sent anywhere — you decide whether to share the file.
• No forced advertising. No data sold or shared — there is none to sell.

Purchases

The single "QUENCH complet" purchase is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. QUENCH receives only "purchased" or "not purchased". Neither your payment method nor your identity passes through the game. The transaction is covered by that store's own privacy policy.

Sharing

The daily challenge's Share button opens your system share sheet with text you see before sending. Nothing is transmitted without your action.

Leaderboards

If leaderboards are enabled, they use Game Center (Apple) or Google Play Games. Those services have their own privacy policies. QUENCH publishes only a score.

Children

Because the game collects no data, it is suitable for all ages. There is no user-generated content and no communication between players.

Your rights

As we collect and hold no personal data, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or delete. Local data can be removed from the settings screen ("Reset progress") or by uninstalling the game.

Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with its date.
